By accessing or using CoreID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

CoreID is a secure identity platform that allows you to:

• Create and manage a secure digital identity
• Share emergency information through your Emergency Card
• Connect your identity to third-party applications (with your explicit consent)
• Control access to your personal information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use CoreID only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials
• Not use CoreID to impersonate others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. CoreID uses one-time codes sent to your email for authentication. Protect your email account and report any unauthorized access immediately.

You retain all rights to content you upload or create using CoreID. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide CoreID services.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

You may not use CoreID to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Collect data from other users without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt CoreID services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

CoreID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use CoreID immediately ceases.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
