How do I create a CoreID account?
Simply visit the sign-up page and enter your email address. We'll send you a one-time code to verify your email—no password required. It takes less than a minute to get started.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. CoreID is free to start. You can create an account and use basic features without providing payment information.
How does passwordless authentication work?
When you sign in, we send a unique, time-limited code to your email. Enter that code to access your account. No passwords to remember or manage. Your email account is your primary security layer.
What is the Emergency Card?
The Emergency Card lets first responders and medical professionals access critical information like allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contacts when you need help. You control what information is included and when it's active.
How do I connect my CoreID to other apps?
You can link your CoreID to third-party services from your dashboard. Each connection requires your explicit consent, and you can choose what data each app can access. You can revoke access at any time.
Can I delete my CoreID account?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
How do I export my data?
You can export all your CoreID data from your account settings. Data is provided in JSON format, making it easy to import into other services or keep as a backup.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never store passwords. See our Security page for detailed information.
